During the pandemic there have been many difficult things to deal with. Explore ways to help yourself and others as we move towards coming out of lockdown.
In this course for beginners, learn about gardening mindfully, sowing cress seeds and sprouting vegetable left-overs. Explore how gardening and engaging with nature can be a mindful activity.

Give a definition of mindfulness
Recognise two or more ways in which gardening can benefit physical and mental health
Recognise two or more ways mindful activities can benefit mental health
Describe 2 or more different ways to propagate plants
