A stroll through Hockley Woods
Meet in Hockley Woods Car Park at 3:30pm for a stroll through the woods. We may head to "The Bull Inn" in Hockley afterwards if members would like to continue the conversation over a drink.
Please wear suitable shoes for muddy terrain and a warm coat / wet weather gear depending on the weather on the day.
All welcome - no matter what neurodiversity you have! We ask you be kind, open-minded and accommodating to others. You do not need a diagnosis to attend.
This group brings together like-minded, positive and understanding neurodivergents who love to get out in nature or use nature to manage their neurodiversity. Most social events are local and outdoors, but there are also some online workshops to help members. We are a positive and fun group based in Southend-on-Sea and you will find us hanging out on the beach, in woodlands for walks or (in the colder months) meeting in cafes near the sea front for talks on neurodiversity, nature and wellbeing!
Harnessing the power of nature, Bex helps neurodivergents to conquer stress, burn out, overwhelm and disorganisation so that they can get back to being in control of their lives and thrive! Bex specialises in helping ADHD folks who also have chronic illness, so those with chronic illnesses are welcome and individual pacing accommodations can be made.
RSVP here. See you there!
