Group Supervision for Neurodiversity Coaches

Is ‘Earth Coaching Group Supervision’ suitable for me?

  • Are you an early or mid-career coach? (i.e. 150 to 950 hours’ experience)

  • Are you regularly working with neurodivergent clients, or are you a neurodivergent coach?

  • Are you looking to further understand how intersections (of race, gender, sexuality, chronic illness, disability etc.) can affect working with neurodivergent clients?

  • Are you looking to do deeper reflective work on yourself and your practice in a supportive group context of 4-6 practitioners?

  • Are you curious how nature, earth-based practices and the outdoors can be used in neurodiversity coaching?

  • Are you looking to unpack, re-frame, and learn in a safe, confidential and ethically-minded community that is catered to neurodivergent, disabled and chronically ill coaches?

  • Are you able to commit to a regular monthly session? We will be meeting online for a 2-hour group video call every month. This group is starting on 2nd September 2025 for a total of 11 sessions over 11 months (i.e. no session in August 2026). Sessions will be from 10 am - 12 noon (UK time) on the first Tuesday of each month.

  • If can’t make this day/time or you are specifically looking for 1:1 supervision, you can find out more about 1:1 supervision here.
