In this workshop, Bex will bust myths surrounding LGBTQ+, neurodiversity and disability inclusivity, and help you ensure you are making your business inclusive and accessible to all the people you are here to serve, and are not unintentionally alienating any dream clients.

Are you afraid of misgendering someone at a networking event, unsure how to make your workshops neurodivergent-friendly, or concerned that your marketing isn't as inclusive to disabled people as it could be? In the UK, 24% of people are disabled, about 20% are neurodivergent, and at least 1.5 million people are LGBTQ+ - that’s a lot of people.

Inclusivity in your business practices is vital to attract a wider client group and ensure the longevity of your business. Bex will look at how you can be more inclusive to make it easier for these potential coaches to build working relationships with you, access your business and trust your services.

In this session, you will learn:

• Everyday oppression you might not even be aware of and how you can make a difference as a business owner
• Why terminology matters – and it really does
• Things you might be unintentionally saying or doing that could be putting off potential clients from working with you
• Using inclusive language in networking, online marketing and speaking opportunities
• Tips on how to make your business and marketing more inclusive and accessible to the full range of clients who you are here to serve
