“Bex’s has worked with me to devise strategies, that make me feel empowered and better able to cope. I have realised not to beat myself up looking for perfection.
Anyone who is thinking of working with Bex, but isn’t yet sure, I would say ‘give it a go’, you won’t look back.”

“I truly feel that working with Bex Harper ‘saved me’ from crashing this year. Bex has given me the tools to organise my time better, to sort myself out and helped me to see how little self care I was giving myself and how hard I could be on myself. Bex has helped me motivate myself again, helping me feel in control of my own life again.
Anyone thinking of working with Bex – don’t hesitate, just do it.”
